COSTUME COLLECTION RENTAL POLICY


GENERAL:

Owner: Rozie , Liza and Faridah



Z’LizDa Costume Collection is made available for rental. The Costume Shop does not have a shipping department and is not a retail rental house. Our service are 100% from/at home.



REQUESTS & APPOINTMENTS:

Prospective client/s’ is/are encouraged to contact the costume shop well in advance to determine if the items they/he/she need exist in the collection and to schedule appointments for visit or pick-up or for arrangement to tailor respective costume needs/ requirement.



PICK-UP:

Appointments are required for both costume pick-ups and returns.

The client will sign an itemized list of all costumes checked out, the rent charged and the replacement value for each costume. The client shall agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions printed on the check-out sheet. The rental return date is also indicated on the check-out sheet.



PAYMENTS:

Both a RENTAL FEE and a DEPOSIT of 100% are required at time of pick-up and both payments will be processed. The deposit is based on the value of the costumes checked out. These payments shall be made in CASH TERMS only.



RETURNS:

Appointments are required for costume returns however all rental items must be return within THREE(3) days upon receipt of rental.

Costumes will be checked for condition. Any charges incurred will be subtracted from the deposit, and the client will be invoiced for any remaining balance.

A check-in sheet will be provided as a receipt for all partial and/or complete check-ins.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please Note: The client is responsible for any damage incurred. Any client with an overdue balance will not be allowed to rent costumes until such debt is satisfied.



ALTERATIONS & MAINTENANCE:

All alterations must be temporary and costumes must be restored before return. No dyeing, distressing, cutting or other PERMANENT alteration of costumes is permitted; including any combing, hair drying or spraying on wigs.



DEPOSITS:

All Clients is required to pay 100% deposits, which are based on the total replacement cost of the costume. Deposit monies will be return back when rental items are return and collected.



LATE CHARGES :

All will be strictly enforced. We will charge at a 100% of deposit cost after the forth day.



DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS:

Client agree to reimburse to Z’LizDa at full replacement value for lost or severely damaged items. Labour and materials costs will be charged for costume items that are less seriously damaged.
